This policy explains our No More Paper Guarantee.
No More Paper Guarantee
Our Promise:
If you ever feel the need to print a paper business card or create a standalone QR code again for business networking purposes, we will refund your original Banana Cards hardware purchase price in full.
Guarantee Conditions
Proof of Necessity
To make a claim, customers must provide:

Evidence of the printed paper business card or QR code

A short explanation of why Banana Cards did not meet their needs
Banana Cards reserves the right to first attempt to resolve the issue before approving a refund.
Coverage

Refund applies to the original hardware purchase price only

Shipping fees, subscriptions, accessories, and add-ons are excluded
Timeframe

The guarantee applies for the lifetime of the card

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of printing the paper card or creating the QR code
Limitations

One claim per customer

Once a refund is issued, the associated Banana Card is permanently deactivated

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:

Paper cards or QR codes created for non-networking purposes (events, invitations, promotions)

Misuse, intentional damage, or dissatisfaction unrelated to networking functionality
Return of Goods
Customers may be required to return Banana Cards hardware as part of a guarantee claim.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
