This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how Banana Cards products are produced, shipped, reprinted, and returned.

 

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production

All Banana Cards are produced, encoded, and packaged after payment confirmation.

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time

  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

In rare cases where a quality control issue is identified, production may be restarted, which can result in delays.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Banana Cards is responsible for your order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once the shipment is transferred to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer

  • Any damage occurring in transit must be resolved directly with the carrier

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruption, or local conditions

  • Banana Cards is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control

 

Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

A reshipment fee equal to 110% of the original shipping cost will apply.

 

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times

 

Returns Policy

Custom & Personalised Products

Most Banana Cards products are customised, encoded, or linked to a specific user account.

Custom and personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started or the order has shipped, except where required by law or where a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.

 

Return Authorization

Products may only be returned if Banana Cards explicitly requests or approves the return.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Reprint Policy

If you receive a product that:

  • Does not match the approved proof, or

  • Contains a manufacturing defect

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

 

Eligible for Free Reprint

  • Production or printing errors

  • Incorrect product supplied

  • Manufacturing defects

 

Not Eligible for Free Reprint

  • Errors approved in final artwork proofs

  • Customer design mistakes

  • Aesthetic dissatisfaction with correctly produced items

  • Inability to visualise final output
